Srushti deshmukh, in her third engineering year, has already begun preparation for UPSC. After graduation, she began to question whether or not she'd be satisfied in an engineering job. Then, she realised civil service was what she loved and focused on the field. The parents of her encouraged her to pursue civil service and pursue an employment in the public sector. Her motivation was to be an IAS officer and was focused towards that aim. To be able to pass UPSC to be a reality, more hard work is required. She also prepared for UPSC examinations while doing her engineering studies. She set aside time for examination preparation each day. She got ready for the engineering exams in just one and a half months, and stayed away from social media and all social media sites. She believes that being focused only on the work at hand is key to passing this exam. She put in great effort to ensure she passed the test in the first try. Each day, she was reading the papers to stay on top of current affairs. Rajya Sabha TV and online studies were also of great help to her.
