Alex Guarnaschelli

Guarnaschelli Maria Guarnaschelli's child, works as an editor of cookbooks. Barnard College awarded her a certificate in art history and art in the year 1991. In 1991 , she was employed for minimal wage at a bar known as an American Place for one year. Guarnaschelli began her career in the culinary field through helping her mother test many recipes and then writing books. Guarnaschelli started her culinary education under Larry Forgione, whose son Marc Forgione is Iron Chef Marc Forgione. She then worked at numerous restaurants in France, New York, as well as Los Angeles including Guy Savoy's La Butte Chaillot. She was also employed at Daniel Boulud's famous restaurant as well as Joachim Splichal's Patina before being named the executive chef at Butter. She was the executive chef of The Darby restaurant prior to its closure. She serves as chairperson of The Museum of Food and Drink's Culinary Council. Guarnaschelli has released her first book in the year 2013. "Old-School Comfort Food: The Way I learned to Cook" mixes autobiographical details with favorite recipes of her professional career that she later adapted to her house. Alex Alex Alex
